Within the framework of the public tender for encouraging process improvements in companies for the years 2017 and 2018 we collaborated with VIP Tehnika d.o.o. as consultants. They were facing the challenge of ensuring a better flow of information inside the company and improving the functionality of workflow in all business functions. They wanted to digitalize all processes in an appropriate way to use data for different purposes quickly and repeatedly. One of the important challenges of VIP Tehnika was the improvement of executing the developmental and manufacturing functions according to the lean business model and zero tolerance for manufacture faults to enable them to adapt their products to end customers’ concrete requirements more quickly. Their main need was to improve the process management of the end customers’ demands and by doing so enhance the speed of the production, product and service quality and trustworthiness of their products.
With our help they identified the deficiencies in their processes and achieved the set improvement goals.
