Within the framework of the public tender for encouraging process improvements in companies for the years 2017 and 2018 we collaborated with SIM d.o.o. from Radenci. They needed to improve the performance of marketing and communal operations in accordance with the lean process improvement method to adapt their products to the needs of end customers more quickly and thus significantly improve the performance of services and allowing zero fault tolerance in execution. Their processes from establishing facts about the end customer’s circumstances to delivering end products or services were too long and they demanded too many internal and external iterations.
With our help they identified the deficiencies in their processes and achieved the set improvement goals.
